Ἐλαμ(ε)ίτης, ου, ὁ (Αἰλαμῖται Is 21:2 for the usual Ἐλυμαῖος; on the spelling s. B-D-F §38) an Elamite, inhabitant of Elam, a district north of the Persian Gulf, east of the lower Tigris valley Ac 2:9—OEANE II 228–34.
